About Me
As a Trained Doula in the Salt Lake & Utah County area, I truly want to be there "Every Step" of the way! From prenatal, birthing, to postpartum care. My goal is to give you and your family personalized support and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy, labor process, and my passion, postpartum. Prenatal Visits
Informative and Compassionate
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, we will have 2 prenatal visits where we will go over your birth wishes and pain management skills. We also talk about getting ready for postpartum & breastfeeding 101. I will teach you Spinning Babies stretches & Robozo techniques. This is such a fun time where we get to know each other & build our relationship. I will end our visit with a prenatal foot reflexology session.
Labor Support
Here for You
As your doula i'll be there for you with pain management skills and support you emotionally as well as giving you the tools to have your voice heard. I'll be there for your partner as a guide in supporting you (if desired) and making sure your partner is cared for as well. I'll be there from the moment you feel like you need me up to 90 minutes after your bundle of joy arrives.
Postpartum Plan
Offering Support
Postpartum is a very important time and is often over looked in this country. As your doula, trained by Postpartum Support International & by Doctor Shoshana S. Bennett, I am committed to informing and preparing you with a postpartum plan. I also do a mini postpartum depression 101 with you and your partner. This topic is dear to my heart and it is my goal to educate as many mothers on PPD. This way mothers can help themselves or mothers can help other mothers. It truly takes a village to rise a child and may I also add take care of a mother. We will also have a 101 breastfeeding visit for mothers planning on breastfeeding so you feel as ready as can be!

My Story
I am a mother to 3 wild ones and a wife to one silly man. Before I ever got pregnant I would study all I could about pregnancy and labor. It is such a beautiful and incredible event to me. But never did I ever think about postpartum anything. After my postpartum experience, it has become my #1 priority that all my clients have a postpartum plan and a postpartum depression 101. As a Doula, I am privileged to help women and their partners make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible. I truly want to support the mother in embracing her inner strength in any birth method she chooses, from at home birth to planned cesarean. I keep education on going because giving my clients the best care is most important to me.
